    What's the difference between a bounce house and a combo unit?

    Standard bounce houses are open jumping areas. Combo units (also called bounce houses with slides, bounce & slide combos, or jump n slide units) include an attached slide plus the bounce area, giving kids more activities in one unit. Combos are great value for the space.

    What age groups can use bounce houses and combos?

    Our bounce houses and combos accommodate children ages 3-12. We have different sizes and can recommend the best option based on your age mix and guest count.

    Do you deliver bounce houses to Essex County and Sarnia?

    How much space do I need for this inflatable?

    Standard bounce houses need at least 15' x 15' of flat space. Combo units typically need 20' x 25' or more. We confirm exact requirements during booking.

    Can toddlers and big kids use the same inflatable?

    We recommend separating age groups for safety. If you have mixed ages, consider renting a toddler-specific unit for little ones and a separate bounce house or combo for older children.

    What happens if it rains on our event day?

    We monitor weather closely. Light rain is usually fine, but we may need to reschedule for lightning, high winds (25+ km/h), or heavy rain. Our weather policy is provided at booking.

    What age is appropriate for a water slide bounce house?

    Water slide combos are typically suitable for ages 5-12. The climbing and sliding action requires more coordination than standard bounce houses. For younger children (3-5), we recommend dry combos or toddler-specific units. Always check the specific unit's age and height recommendations.

    How flat does the ground need to be for a bounce house?

    The setup area should be relatively level—within about 2-3 degrees of flat. Minor slopes can often be accommodated with proper anchoring and positioning. Significant slopes may require a different setup location. Send us photos of your space and we'll advise on the best placement.
