    We deliver throughout Southwestern Ontario including Windsor-Essex County (our home base), Sarnia-Lambton region, and London and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by distance. All rentals include professional delivery, setup, safety briefing, and takedown.

    Request a quote online or by phone. We confirm availability and provide a complete quote including delivery.

    Our trained team arrives in your delivery window, sets up the equipment, and provides a safety briefing.

    You Enjoy Your Event

    We are available by phone during your event. At the end, we return to break down and remove everything.

    Delivery Requirements

    • Clear Access

      Minimum gate width of 36 inches for most units. We confirm requirements for your specific rental.

    • Level Surface

      Grass preferred. Concrete or asphalt possible with tarps. No slopes or uneven ground.

    • Power Access

      Standard 20-amp outlet within 100 feet. Generators available for remote locations.

    • Adequate Space

      Clear area larger than unit dimensions. We provide specific requirements for your rental.

    Service Area Questions

    Do you deliver outside your listed service area?

    Yes, we can accommodate events outside our standard service area for an additional delivery fee. Contact us for a custom quote.

    What are your delivery windows?

    We typically deliver 1-2 hours before your event start time and pickup 1-2 hours after your event ends. Exact windows are confirmed when you book.

    Can you set up inside venues?

    Yes, we can set up in gyms, community centers, and other indoor venues with adequate ceiling height and door access. We need venue specifications to confirm.

    Can you set up at a park or public space?

    Yes, we regularly set up at public parks and community spaces. You may need to obtain a permit from your municipality. We can provide insurance certificates if required by the venue.

    How close does your truck need to be to the setup spot?

    Our truck needs to be within approximately 100-150 feet of the setup location for most inflatables. We can discuss access requirements during booking if you have a challenging setup location.
